By purchasing a commissioned art from me, you have read and agreed to the following terms of service.● Client Obligations
- To ensure your complete satisfaction with the commissioned artwork, you must provide essential information and/or clear reference images of the character/subject.● PAYMENTS- Full payment upfront
- If you decide to cancel the commission while it is in progress you will not be refunded.
- If the commission is canceled BEFORE work has begun, the client will receive a full refund.
- If I cannot complete the commission, you will get a full refund.● Process and Delivery- While working on your commission, I will send low-resolution, watermarked WIP snippets.
- The commission process will go as follows: Rough Sketch > Clean Colored Sketch > Rendering > Final Touches > Complete Artwork.
- The average time taken for completion is 1,5 Weeks. However, it can be subjected to change depending on factors.
- If the progress of the commission has been delayed, I will inform you as soon as possible to keep you updated.If there are any questions you have for me just ask!
